The Lincolnshire Living with Cancer Programme are dedicated to their community and acute relationships. We know that to provide care and support which improves the overall health and wellbeing of an individual it takes more than one person, team, or service.

Throughout the programme we have developed working relationships with GP practices, Lincolnshire hospitals, charities, and community services. These relationships have furthered our awareness of the support and information available for people living with and beyond cancer and those that are caring for them. Alongside this these services allow us to better understand issues and their impact on communities and people effected by cancer.
