We’re working in partnership with Anglian Water and Macmillan Cancer Support to make sure you’re getting the right support from your water company.
Anglian Water understand the impact a serious illness can have on you, both physically and financially which is why their Extra Care Support and Priority Services Register exists.
If you’re finding it difficult to pay your water bill, Anglian Water have lots of ways to help – including discounted tariffs (one which will provide up to 50% off your ongoing charges) and assistance schemes, to help you get back on track if you’ve fallen behind with your payments.
The Priority Services Register provides a range of free practical support, to help when you need it most.
