Fighting Fit is a physical activity programme created to help individuals maintain or increase their physical activity levels at a pace that suits them. They aim to help individuals build their strength, motivation, and physical ambitions, whilst providing a safe space.

5K Your Way is a community-based initiative which encourages those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at their local 5kyourway.

Lincolnshire has a host of support groups, available to people affected by cancer. Groups offer an array of varying support but are all free, open to all and offer a friendly welcome.
