Living With & Beyond Cancer Personalisation Film

The film aims to help people affected by cancer navigate what can be a daunting and complex journey. Transitioning from hospital care back into the community can often leave people feeling lost and bewildered as they try to adjust to life beyond cancer.  It covers topics including the importance of self management;  managing the transition from active hospital treatment back into the community, and where to find the right type of support.
